We are shipping as soon as your order is paid and packed for delivery. Delivery time can vary. For local shipping (within Sweden) it can take 5-7 workdays. Shipments outside Sweden can take 10-12 workdays.

Shipping and packaging of paintings
Costs are calculated per item and shipping destination.
Once an order was sent to us a confirmation e-mail is sent to you. We will not charge you before you approve your order and decide on payment method.
We accept the following payment methods: Paypal, bank transfer, Swish (Sweden).
All printed materials (posters) are printed on demand and therefor cannot be returned. That is the reason we send you the confirmation e-mail before your order is processed, so you will be able to review and cancel, if needed, your order.
Paintings can be returned and fully refunded, except for our and your shipping costs. The refund will be issued only if the painting is undamaged.
In case the products arrived damaged you should contact us immediately. Legitimate claims will be fully refunded.
Artist Copyright – All works of art within this web site are protected under Swedish copyright laws and international conventions. No portion of the artist’s works or statements may be used, downloaded, reproduced using any means, copied, linked to, or transferred electronically, without prior written permission from the artist.
When purchasing any artwork on Rosen Artworks you are the owner of the artwork. Nevertheless you are not allowed to claim it was created by anyone but Omèr Rosenbaum. Moreover owning an artwork doesn’t allow you copy it and/or use it in another format then the original format.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
If you leave a comment on our site you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
